Solo✦K jewelry is custom-made to order and sent to the requested address within 4-6 weeks (business days). If you would like to receive the jewelry before that, please contact us and we will do our best to deliver it as quickly as possible.

The delivery of jewelry that has been purchased and fully paid for will be done by courier to the address you specified when placing your order.
Important note – the delivery service is provided by a third party (DHL) that is not under our control and if there are delays caused by a natural disaster, extreme weather, roadblocks, etc., your complaints are to the delivery company – not towards Solo✦K. Any such delay will not exempt you from your obligation to pay completely for your order.

Solo✦K is an online store for luxury jewelry and for that reason, we do not have an extensive inventory. Most of the orders that are received go into production within 48 hours from the time of purchase (not including holidays/weekends). Therefore the cancellation of a jewelry transaction that is not a personal order will be made from the day of purchase until the end of two days after that (which are not days of rest). The cancellation will be made by sending an email to the store- info@solokjewelry.com. If an Email is not received at the end 48 business days, the order will be sent for execution and you will be charged for it. The cancellation fee is 5% of the purchased jewelry cost (the cancellation of a transaction regulation 2010 and the consumer protection low 1981).

Products shipped outside of Israel may be subject to charges enforced by your country’s local regulations. The recipient of the package must bear the tax requirements of his country if requested to do so.

Additional fees or any other declaration request will also apply to the recipient of the package. To avoid any inconveniences, we highly recommend you check with your local customs manager about the requirements and thus be prepared in advance for any fee to come.

It is important for us to emphasize that we do not share your personal credit card information with any third party. Moreover, the details are deleted from our system immediately after the feed is performed.
